We would like to introduce Beth who joined DKL Rubber in October through the kickstart scheme.
Before Beth joined us, she worked in care for 5 years and wanted a career change.
Since joining Beth has developed her communication and computer skills and has grown in confidence when dealing with our customers.
Beth is a great member of the team and has fitted in well with the DKL family and we are looking forward to what the future holds
