About us

We are a rubber manufacturing company with an ability to provide a large range of in house manufactured rubber products in all volumes and sizes. Our team has a vast knowledge of rubber from moulding and compound design through to gasket cutting and material selection. We have a range of materials in stock for quick turn-around as well as being able to source materials to then manufacture in to the required shape and size. We also have a range of Tank Door Seals in stock and if we don’t have the size you require we can join extrusion to the required size eliminating the tooling cost.

Our Services

Compression Moulding

Compression moulding was first developed to manufacture composite parts for metal replacement applications; compression moulding is typically used to make large flat or moderately curved parts.

Transfer Moulding

Transfer moulding is a process where the amount of moulding material is measured and inserted before the moulding takes place.

Gaskets and Diaphragms

DKL offers a range of gasket materials in stock at all times that can be cut to any size and shape.

Compound Design

DKL has a highly experienced onsite rubber technologist, who is able to help you with compound design and selection to help get the correct compound for your requirements.

Rubber to Metal Bonding

Rubber to metal bonding this procedure is normally done by transfer moulding. The metals are prepared for moulding by degreasing the surface to be bonded to and then shot blasted and painting with the applicable bonding agent.

Rubber to Plastic Bonding

Rubber to plastic bonding this procedure is normally done by transfer moulding. The plastics are prepared for moulding by degreasing the surface to be bonded to and then shot blasted and painting with the applicable bonding agent.
