On Monday we Welcomed a new member of staff Josh. He is joining as an Apprentice Production Operative. DKL has decided to take on a new member of staff due to the increased demand we have been seeing in recent months and be believe this is set to continue in to the future.
We are passionate about introducing the younger generation to the Rubber industry teaching and training them in all aspects of Rubber Production from Compression Moulding to CNC cut diaphragms.
With over 30 years of experience within the Rubber industry our staff have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with Josh and help him to complete his apprenticeship along with the help of AGL Training Ltd.
We would like to wish Josh the best of luck with his Apprenticeship from all of the Team at DKL Medcraft Bryden.
